 Looking for a good quality, unadorned black tea? Then this is what we recommend.  It's a grainy broken pekoe tea from the rolling hills of the Rukeri Estate in Rwanda. A deep tasting cup without a dry edge at the end. Just lovely! The Rukeri Estate's excellent practices have earned it a well deserved Fair Trade certification.

PREPARATION:  Place 1 heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 6 oz of hot to boiling water into an infuser or filter.  Allow tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes, remove infuser/filter with leaves and enjoy.
